Creative Intern

Position Description


Position Overview: 

As an intern, you will be pivotal in our creative process, contributing to graphic design and video production projects. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, working closely with experienced creative professionals committed to helping you grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and developing visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.

  • Support the production of videos from concept to completion, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.

  • Ensure all creative assets produced adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video production to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

  • This position may require additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to taking on new challenges.

  • Self-motivated with a focus on time management and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or associates of science degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in graphic design or video production (academic projects, personal projects, or previous internships).

  • A portfolio showcasing your design and video production work.  

Duration and Compensation: 

This is a paid internship that can also serve as academic credit if desired. Interns are expected to work 10-20 hours per week for the duration of their semester at school.
